Soft Cut Gaskets

Product Types

Inside Bolt Circle (IBC): Ring gaskets to suit raised face flanges, designed to sit inside the flange’s bolts. These gaskets can be supplied to ASME, EN, BST and DIN flanges, or to your custom sizes.

Full Face: Gaskets to suit flat-faced flanges, supplied with holes to accommodate bolting. Again, these gaskets can be supplied to ASME, EN, BST and DIN flanges, or to suit a custom application.

Custom Designs: Where only a bespoke gasket will do. Our CAD trained colleagues will produce a drawing using your description, sample product, PDF file or sketch. If you already have a drawing prepared in DXF, or any other major format, we can convert your file and work with that too.

Materials

We offer a variety of branded and unbranded jointing materials to suit any application. These include:

• Compressed Fibre Jointing: Including our own Grade Y and Grade X materials, as well as a variety of branded alternatives.
• Rubber: Including EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone and FKM materials.
• Graphite: With or without steel reinforcement.
• PTFE: Including virgin, glass filled, carbon filled and expanded PTFE, as well as Gylon® and other branded modified PTFE.
• Paper: Branded and unbranded paper materials.
• Cork: Including various grades of nitrile and neoprene bonded cork.

Applications

We offer soft cut materials for a variety of applications. Whatever your temperature, pressure and medium, we can offer a material to suit.
